Authorial architecture is nothing more than a qualification of architectural design type that has very well defined values. It is a type of project that has as its starting point the way in which the property will relate to the human figure that will inhabit it and, consequently, with its lifestyle.
Within this context, it is an architecture that seeks an understanding and dialogue with regional and universal culture, which is concerned with the quality and lifestyle of the resident, with the surroundings where the work is installed and finally how the work relates to the city.
In pursuit of these values, naturally these are projects that have more refined design from an aesthetic and functional point of view. Therefore, it has unique facades, layouts and details, often minimalistic, but at the same timeless.
Authorial architecture simply has no limitations, it has no patterns and no similarities with architectural styles, it is not limited to period fads. It is also increasingly valued from a financial and investment point of view.
The Mima office is a multidisciplinary group, focused on architectural and authorial design projects. They want to bring their customers an architecture of quality and constructive efficiency.
